Job Overview

Review of project orders – selection vs specification – action changes as required.

Site visit to inspect project, provide countermeasure advice of non conforming installation practice.

Controls Commissioning of LG air conditioning systems as customer ordered.
Coordination with BMS suppliers, addressing and product characteristics.

Provide feedback on non conforming installation practice for customer correspondence by Manager.

Prepare commissioning sheets – addressing, field setting and additional refrigerant charge calculation.

Travel and accommodation for project work interstate and country regional locations.
Instruct customer staff each project on proper installation process.

Provide training to potential installers at their office and LG Academy.
Monitor and maintain equipment and parts held in the service vehicle.

Work undertaken to comply with OH&S regulation and company policy.
Control System warranty work.

Supply feedback on product and field issues and liaise with the necessary technical staff to resolve any problems.

Visit customers / projects experiencing problems with their LG Air Conditioning units where service are unable to repair due to manpower, technical or skill level issues.

Assist Management to resolve customer disputes.
Work with Air Conditioning & Energy Solutions Sales Engineers to supplement understanding of product installation and function.
